WNBA Atlanta Dream shooting guard, Tiffany Hayes, played college basketball for the renowned Connecticut Huskies squad. She was a leader of the 2009 and 2010 national championship-winning teams, as well as an all-star in 2017. Tiffany's love of basketball comes easy, but she has never been afraid of the hard work associated with her success. Now the CEO of Hoop Nation ATL, her passion and love for the youth is what drives her determination to give back to the community, sharing her gifts and tools of success, in basketball and in life.

LaTisha Jones, sister of WNBA star, Tiffany Hayes, played varsity basketball and volleyball at Kathleen High in Lakeland, Florida before moving on to Polk Community College. She continued her love of sports by coaching volleyball at her alma mater and then basketball at McKeel Academy, Simpson Park Rec Center, and for AAU baskeball teams. With over 7 years of management experience and love for basketball, LaTisha is excited to embark on this journey as Operations Manager of Hoop Nation ATL.
